Provence Walking tour
Self-guided 7 days
North Vaucluse – one of the less visited parts of Provence – jagged mountains cloaked in oak and pine forests, clusters of ‘ruined’ medieval castles, and delightful villages concealed within a network of vineyards and Vaison-La-Romaine, the ‘Pompei of France’ with Roman excavations.
Grade 4: 10 to 16 kms per day – orientation requires previous experience and some long and steep climbs.
