Short class options

Cook like a local –  a custom designed class with local seasonal ingredients, sourced from the local village market, fields or vege garden. This is a full-day (8 hours) experience Eur 350pp, min 2 people
Truffles – A special afternoon class & dinner. Discover secret truffle recipes and flavourful dishes to incorporate in an evening menu.
Table d’hote – Join our table for a delightful communal dining experience, set in the warmth and hospitality of our chef’s home.

An outstanding chef with Provencal and Italian cuisine,  everything cooked from scratch, to cater your unique requirements with the best local and seasonal produce. The service is family-style, on big plates, so everyone can serve themselves.  Wine can also be selected and matched for your meal.

Veneto Cookery course

7 days - May and September 2024

Hands-on cookery courses using the rich and diverse seasonal produce for which this region is renowned…. ricotta tortelloni with burnt walnut pesto and roast guinea fowl with salsa peverada just two of the dishes. 
The itinerary is carefully designed to create the right balance between cooking, eating, trips, tours and tastings, while also leaving room for relaxation and exploring this beautiful region, including Venice.

Puglia Cookery course

Surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, a beautifully restored traditional masseria is the perfect setting for this outstanding culinary experience.
Mozzarella making,  cheese tasting of locally produced ricotta forte, caciotta and scamorza, meander Baroque jewel of Lecce before lunch of exquisite regional specialities…just to name a few of the delights in store during your week in the heel of Italy.
