Provence cooking school
Weekend or week-long private course
Located in the heart of Provence, our chef offers a range of cooking classes that highlight seasonal and fresh ingredients, sourced from the local village market, speciality shop or surrounding fields & forest. Teaming her Venetian flair and passion for all things Provençal, you will be inspired with a selection of imaginative recipes and hands-on lessons to learn the skills and techniques to reproduce yourself….
and at the end of each day/session a relaxing meal of the delectable dishes you have produced, paired with the perfect wine.

Foraging – a Spring tradition, when Provence offers a melange of wild ‘ready-to-pick’ herbs, at a time when there is very little in the vege garden…. the magical natural supermarket.
Cook like a local – a custom designed class with local seasonal ingredients, sourced from the local village market, fields or vege garden.
Truffles – A special afternoon class & dinner. Discover secret truffle recipes and flavourful dishes to incorporate in an evening menu.

Hands-on cookery courses using the rich and diverse seasonal produce for which this region is renowned…. ricotta tortelloni with burnt walnut pesto and roast guinea fowl with salsa peverada just two of the dishes.
